Introduction
In today’s multicultural society, it is essential for all managers and HR professionals to understand the laws relating to racial equality in the work place.
Race Legislation guides you through the key legislation relating to racial discrimination. This course can help your business meet its legal, social and moral responsibilities - and offer equal opportunities to all, regardless of race, colour, ethnicity or national origin.
Who is the course for?
This course is appropriate for anybody who manages people or has responsibility for recruitment and selection. There are no formal entry requirements, but the course is most suitable for people who have some experience of general employment law and would like to develop more specialist knowledge.
