Outline for this course
Introduction
Statistics show that each year as many as 18.9 million working days are lost to bullying and up to a half of all stress-related illnesses are a direct result of bullying [1].
Businesses that tolerate inappropriate behaviour not only fall foul of their legal responsibility to protect staff, they are likely to suffer poor employee relations, low morale, inefficiency and the loss of valuable personnel.
This course explores why inappropriate behaviour in the workplace cannot be tolerated legally or morally and equips employees with the tools to recognise and put a stop to bullying and harassment.
