Simply follow the five easy steps below to buy your course online. If you don't have a debit or credit card, you can pay by cheque. See our payment options for further details.
How to buy online in five easy steps:
STEP 1
Register or log in to the website (registration simply requires you to fill in a brief online form).
STEP 2
Add as many eCourses as you require to your "shopping basket". If you want to enrol two or more people on a particular course, then you need to buy two or more copies of that course. If you want to see how an eCourse works before purchasing, simply click on Try an eCourse to view a demo. Be sure to check the technical requirements, which can be found in the course description, to ensure that the course will run on the PC that you or the person you are buying the course for will be using.
STEP 3
Check the contents of your shopping basket carefully, and ensure you have added the correct course titles, and the correct quantity of courses you are about to purchase.
When you are ready to proceed, tick the box to confirm you are happy with the contents of your basket and that you have read and agreed to our terms and conditions.
You will then be asked to confirm your basket details and, if you are buying online courses, whether you are buying them for yourself or colleagues:
If you are buying online courses only for yourself, select 'Yes' and the courses will automatically be added to your 'My Courses' page so you can begin immediately.
If you are buying one or more online courses for others e.g a colleague, select 'No'. You will be sent one enrolment key for each item purchased by email. You can then forward these onto your colleagues who can then access their course(s) by logging onto the site, and entering their enrolment key where prompted on the 'My Courses' page. If any of the courses are for yourself you can access your course in the same way i.e. by logging in, going to your 'My courses' page and entering the enrolment key where prompted.
If you are purchasing a CD or DVD ROM based course, you will be asked for a delivery address. If you are buying online courses only, no delivery address will be needed.

STEP 4
Pay online using your credit card. You will be directed to a secure payment page, where you will be asked to fill in your credit/debit card details A sales invoice will also be displayed for printing and emailed to you on confirmation of purchase. This will include details of enrolment keys (if applicable). If you don't have a debit or credit card, you can pay by cheque. See our payment options for further details.
STEP 5
Start learning. If you've bought for yourself, log in and access your online course through the 'My courses' page. Or, if you've bought for others, send the relevant course enrolment key(s) to your colleague(s) so that they can start learning. Please note that they will first need to register on the site in order to log in and start learning. See below for our Quick Reference Guides for company managers and new learners.
Once you've completed your purchase you'll receive information including your enrolment key(s), course title, a link to instructions and a deadline to use the course by. For online courses, learners are allowed up to three months from the purchase date to complete each course.
