Outline for this course
Introduction
Business owners know that the performance of their managers can make all the difference between success and failure. But managing variables, projects and people in a constantly-changing environment is a difficult skill to master.
The Apprentice - Leadership and Management can help managers and business owners develop the skills needed to become organised and effective managers, as well as influential leaders. Based on the successful TV show, the course uses clips to showcase examples of success - and failure - featured in the programme.
Who is the course for?
The course is ideal for anyone with management or leadership responsibilities in a small or medium-sized business in any sector. It is particularly appropriate for managers at all levels, team leaders, or business owners.
There are no formal entry requirements for the course, though some experience of management would allow you to build on your existing skills and knowledge.
There are two other titles in the series - The Apprentice - Selling, Pitching and Presenting and The Apprentice - Negotiating to Win. You can also buy all three DVDs together and save 20% on the separate selling price.
